Sebastiano De Faveri

Following several years’ activity, dr. Sebastiano De Faveri has built up specialised know-how through studies and activities connected with the world of real-estate strategy and finance, in various different real-estate sectors (commercial, office, logistics etc..) and has particular expertise in hospitality and tourism. He carries out his work both directly as a Member of the Board and through De Faveri & Partners.

On behalf of major parties such as large institutional investors (investment management companies, investment funds and private equity funds), entrepreneurs, hotel chains and tour operators, dr. Sebastiano De Faveri handles the defining of real-estate development and exploitation strategies, and the organisation and management of analysis and decision-making processes, co-ordinating such activities until the final agreements are concluded.

More specifically, dr. De Faveri’s expertise supports the analysis, assessment and decision-making processes in the creation, acquisition or divestment of real-estate portfolios or individual assets. He achieves this by defining the specific exploitation strategies and organizing the related activities in concrete terms, and in many cases he also carries out the negotiations.

He has been a member of various boards for several years, often with the title of Chairman and Managing Director, with company owners giving him the mandate to ensure observance of the objectives set during the start-up and development of initiatives.
